The Dunmuir Hotel is an award-winning family hotel and the home of the 1902 Bar & Grill Restaurant. A firm favourite in the town, the Dunmuir was voted No1 on Tripadvisor for Dunbar and No2 in East Lothian.
The hotel offers several different room types to suit all tastes and budgets. In the older part of the hotel there are two deluxe rooms, a number of superior bedrooms (one is accessible on the ground floor) and cosy double rooms too. In the extension, the hotel has a number of standard doubles and twins, aswell as a couple of small standards for single occupancy. All 24 rooms are ensuite.
The hotel is located five minutes from the East Beach, Dunbar and Winterfield Golf Clubs and the train station. Access is easy by road, and rail, with the East Coast mainline offering direct trains from London. The Dunmuir is now an AA Silver 3 star hotel and has Dunbar’s only AA Rosette restaurant.
